The deal
You pay a monthly subscription. We deliver one weekly one-page brief per location, plus the API endpoints to retrieve it programmatically. You can cancel anytime. Your brief history stays accessible after cancellation; we don't delete historical data on payment failure.
What we don't promise
- That a brief will mention any specific competitor — we pick the ~20 strongest by review count × rating in your area.
- That the actions will work — we recommend; you operate.
- That every theme we surface is statistically significant — we bias toward what customers say in their own words.
Acceptable use
Don't try to scrape us, attack the infrastructure, or use briefs to harass specific reviewers. Don't impersonate other businesses to claim listings that aren't yours.
Refunds
We refund a full month if a brief fails to deliver in that billing period. After the brief delivers, the period is consumed — that's the unit you're paying for.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you've paid in the trailing 12 months. We aren't liable for business decisions you take based on a brief.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to subscribers 30 days before they take effect.
