What we store
A row in our database tied to your household — email, display name, the listing you've locked as your subject, the competitor set we resolved, and the briefs we've delivered so far. Billing identifiers live with Stripe.
What we read
Reviews that have been left publicly on Google Maps for your business and for the competitors we resolve for you. We don't read private content. Reviews are sampled in bulk, ranked by recency, and capped per place. We never sell or republish the raw text — we extract themes and present the one-page brief.
Where it lives
Postgres (Neon) for structured rows. S3 for the rendered briefs (PDF/email variants). Encryption at rest by default. Per-project IAM scopes mean local.intel cannot read other studio products' data, and they can't read ours.
What we never do
- Sell or share your data with third-party marketers.
- Delete your historical briefs because a payment failed.
- Mint identities you didn't initiate (no rogue account creation).
- Send marketing emails by default — only the brief and operational notices.
Your rights
Export, deletion, correction — all available on request via the contact page (privacy category). We respond within five business days.
